Welcome To The Dental Proffessionals Investment Fund


The DPIF was formed by a group of dentists in 2015 initiated by Dr Twala, the DPA president and other colleagues on the DPA Whatsapp platform. Although it was the brainchild of the DPA, membership was open to Non-DPA members with the aim of maximizing participation by all dental professionals. The DPIF was formed by consolidating the power of a collective, using the crowd funding principle with the aim of participating in corporate business.

Strengths

We seek investment opportunities in business that are leaders or have the potential to be leaders in the field of operation.

Sectors

We are not restricted to any particular sector(s) except choosing sectors that have high growth potential and Sustainability.

Management

Management with experience and a proven track record is key to our choice of investment for they carry the responsibility of driving the business on a day-to-day basis.

Relationships

Capitalizing on relationships by partnering with Management teams and partners that we share a common vision with.

Principle

Crowd funding, Good corporate governance, Social upliftment of the historically disadvantaged South Africans

Scale

We typically avoid start up businesses and focus on investment opportunities with approximately R50m NAV or R120m turnover and above.
